Alhaji Awwal Musa Ijakoro appointed Sarkin Bwari after his father, Alhaji Muhammad Musa Ijakoro, died on 29 August 2017. Gbagyi objections; the position of Bala Ahmad Shere, the Jagaban Shere Koro (stool elevated to second class in 1997 with the Kuje and Kwali district heads; only Abaji inherited at third class and raised to first class) and of Abubakar Musa Ijakoro, the Ciroman Bwari; the Bwari Youths Development Association asks for the stool's abolition and recognises only the Etsu Bwari, Ibrahim Yaro.
