25th anniversary (31 May 2025) of Dr Umaru Adamu Sanda as Gangwari Ganye; ascended 2000 after his father Adamu Sanda, first paramount ruler of Ganye, installed 3rd class 15 May 1972; 1st class 2004; 7 districts grown to 36; Chamba majority with Mumuye, Fulani and others.
