General Gabriel Kpamber was a Nigerian Army officer who served as ECOMOG Field Commander, commanding the Economic Community of West African States Monitoring Group's Nigerian contingent around 1999-2000.
Kpamber served as ECOMOG Field Commander, taking over the role from a previous commander, and led the force's Nigerian contingent during ECOMOG's peacekeeping operations in West Africa.
