The Afizere are one of the indigenous peoples of Plateau State named by Wikipedia.

The Afizere are one of the indigenous peoples of Plateau State named by Wikipedia. Other names include Fizere, Afusare, Afizarek, Jarawan Dutse. Blench's Atlas calls their language Izere, a Plateau language spoken in Jos South and Barkin Ladi LGAs and in Toro LGA of Bauchi State. Ethnologue lists their language in Jos East and Jos North LGAs.
